She didn't even know they were drinking, but she wasn't actively enforcing a "no alcohol" rule, either. She was sentenced to more jail time than the guy who purchased the beer. The new message sent was, "If you can stop it, you will be charged if you don't." Several PA communities have already had to adapt to this new reality.<BR/> - kfcAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
